US CONGRESS APOLOGIZES FOR SLAVERY and JIM CROW

As the foremost, nuance, “for real” and leading Civil Rights Activist, I, with my wonderful colleagues are calling Attention To The US Federal Government’s, i.e., Congress’s Official 2008-09 Apology Resolution (Simple) for Chattel Slavery and Jim Crowism, which is generations, that is, 344 of the 308 years our existence as a peoples in British/USA America, American blacks were under official slavery and racial discriminating laws (1620-1964)

Not Knowing Our Government’s Earnest Attempted Act of Contrition and Good Faith Towards American Black Citizens, Whose Ancestors Were Held In “Lawful” Bondage As Living, Human Property, i.e., Chattel Slaves, Keeps the Two Races Turmoil and Civic Unrest, Thereby, This Union Republic Remains In A Constantly Growing, State of Unnecessary, Nation-Threatening Crisis

This online Civil Rights Movement and Campaign around this Congressional Resolution, Seeks To Finish the “great task” which the late, April 14, 1865 assassinated, President Abraham Lincoln Admonished To “The Living”, of which the young, late, assassinated on April 4, 1968, Rev.-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Dreamed and Prophesied of, With The Goal of Creating National Awareness of The Attempted Government Apology for Slavery, Institutional Discrimination, Dubbed, Jim Crowism

In 2008-09, the year in which white Americans, for first time in US history, voted into the White House as President of the United States (POTUS), a so called, African-American-black man, i.e., the Hon. Barack Hussein Obama, Congress made history by officially apologizing for chattel slavery in the United States and the subsequent Jim Crowism that plagued black citizens after emancipation.

Whether they voted for it or not, every Congressional Member, both in the House and Senate, including Mr. Obama (see the chances of Obama), as well as Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, and most of the black and white clergy knew about the Resolution, but chose to ignore the rare act of contrition by our government and its intention to heal our nation.

Note: For those who profess they did not know, they should have, especially clergy (see role of clergy). Obviously, no excuse before GOD, because since that date, even under a so called black President, the state and doom fate of black citizens has significantly increased.

This effort of Time of Love & Reconciliation For Healing, calls upon all US citizens, regardless of political racial, ethnic, religious, social class status, affiliations to pay attention to HR 194, which passed as a Simple Resolution by the U.S. House of Representatives on July 29, 2008 that “apologize[d] to African Americans on behalf of the people of the United States, for the wrongs committed against them and their ancestors who suffered under slavery and Jim Crow” and “expresse[d] its commitment to rectify the lingering consequences of the misdeeds committed against African Americans under slavery and Jim Crow and to stop the occurrence of human rights violations in the future” A similar resolution was passed by the U.S. Senate almost a year later.

This official congressional apology for chattel slavery on American blacks; and Jim Crowism of their 14th Amendment-Act citizenship constitutes one of only a handful of times the U.S. government formally apologized for past actions.

In doing so, Congress finally and formally acknowledged (describing devastating effects of what happened), apologized for and sought to improve upon that state of black American in the wake of chattel slavery and generations-destroying, discriminatory Jim Crow laws.

African-American Leaders, Including POTUS Obama Rejected Resolution
This official act has been mistakenly and dangerously before GOD and HIS Courts of Heaven, overlooked.  However, with unified, renewed efforts of revealing this great act, we can still significantly change the dynamics in the national narrative of race relations, etc…Perhaps, Heavenly Father just may have mercy upon us all.

Finally, we have a guiding tool by which Americans are empowered to effectively and successfully address the race matters in a more balanced, hopeful way.

Practically, everyone, especially young black citizens, when enlightened people about the fact that the government has is seeking to fully apologize and is committing itself to working with the descendants of those who were once enslaved, it changes their perspective and helps our society to heal.

The primary reason that the Apology Resolution didn’t make, or hasn’t made it to the POTUS for signature,  is due to the resistance of African-American, so called Civil Rights leaders, especially the clergy, as the unprecedented document is totally based on the Four, First Principles and Precepts of Salvation as admonished by Jesus-Yahusha, and commanded by Heavenly Father.

Also, the Lord teaches, that whom much is given, much is required.  Therefore, after years of demanding this action from the US federal government, and it was finally attempted to be granted in full, but rejected by the very leaders of the American peoples for whom it’s meant to bless, even being sent from GOD, since 2008-09, the state of black citizens has significantly worsened as well as negatively effecting the nation as a whole.  HE says,

“As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.” [Isaiah 3:12]
