Prologue

In the midst of what appears to be ever growing black-white racial tensions in Judaic-Christian America, a precious fact that could alter the attitude–spirit for healing and betterment of our society, has been hidden, covered up, kept as a dangerous secret from US citizens since June 2008.
Since liberation from the Democratic Party’s 245 years, of state and federal legalized, chattel slavery institution by the Republican Party in April 1865, various black leaders have rightly demanded that the US government therefore, by law should and must acknowledge, apologize, ask forgiveness and seek reconciliation to blacks and world for damages done to them.
However, to the utter surprise of African-American leaders, particularly the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), after 145 years of demanding to no avail, on June 29, 2008, followed by the Senate in February 2009, the US Congress, 1/3 (one third) of the federal government, issued such a law in the form of resolution, albeit, Simple.
Note: Simple means that the HR #94 was not signed by the President. Such must yet occur.
Unfortunately, for various, unjustifiable reason, this great Civil Rights progression designed to initiate the desired Judaic-Christian admonition for soul healing, was belittled, covered up and hidden from both black and white citizens.
Subsequently, racial tensions have continued, and even surged into higher levels, whereby nobody seemed to understand, as this upsurge occurred under the eight years of the purported, first African-American, “black”, US President.
The Two Citizens Must Mutually Free Each Other From Bondage
As white citizens begin to fully reconcile with blacks…as 2008, they have taken the first official step, and black citizens accept and forgive their brethren to reconcile, which since 2008, they have not done; and neither no longer holds “secret” (but GOD knows) animus, animosity and prejudice in their hearts towards the other, Heavenly will mutually forgive both their own sins, and subsequently, lovingly restore fellowship, as well as their earnest payer requests – business relationship with each respectively.
